After my post about why I think everyone should shop at lush I thought I would share with you some products I picked up the other day from there.
I needed a new moisturiser and love the ones Lush do, I have tried various ones but decided to give Imperialis a try this time round.
Imperialis is a light weight everyday moisturiser, it has lavender, St John’s wort, sweet violet, sunflower and elderflower in to help restore and revive the skin. It doesn’t feel heavy or greasy on the skin but still leaves your skin feeling soft. I would say it would be a good one to try if you haven’t tried any of the Lush moisturisers before.
I have been after a vegan lip balm for a while, I needed something to replace my blistex one which was the only one I had found that healed my very dry cracked lips. That saying I think Ultrabalm may be the replacement.
Just with three ingredients, organic jojoba oil, candelilla wax and rose wax, Ultrabalm is a great all round balm for dry skin. It is has healed my cracked lips instantly and is great on your cuticles or any other dry patches too. I love how simple yet effective this product is.
I am a big dry shampoo lover so thought I would give the Lush No Drought dry shampoo a try as the packaging is recyclable and you seem to get a lot for you money.
This isn’t like your ordinary spray dry shampoo, it reminds me more of talc or those volumising powders you can get. It is a white powder that you sprinkle on your roots and rub in to absorb oils. It certainly left my hair looking refreshed but it did feel like it had a lot of product in it. I need to test this out a bit more before I decide if I like it.
Lastly I picked up T’eo Deodorant a solid deodorant bar. Again because it cuts down on plastic packaging I want to try a solid deodorant, I have heard mixed reviews on them so thought it was best I give it a try myself.
T’eo is packed full of super-absorbent powders, fresh green grapes, juniper and citrus essential oils to help keep you dry and fresh.
It does feel a little drying on the skin but certainly works well, no sweaty pits here!
Have you tried any of these products? What is your favourite Lush product?
