Review – Handmade Burger Co.

I’ve been wanting to try the Homemade Burger Co for sometime now and finally got the opportunity whilst visiting Bournemouth Friday with my boyfriend Ben. I had heard they have a good selection of vegan burgers but there isn’t a restaurant near where either of us live so we took the opportunity to go whilst there was one close by.

There are 5 vegan burgers to chose from at the Handmade Burger Co, it was tough to decide which on to go for as I am not used to having so much choice! In the end I went for the Veg-Mex Burger with added onion rings and a flat mushroom and even though Ben is a meat eater he tried out the Falafel burger.
Not only was there a good choice of vegan burgers there was several sides to choose from too. I of course had the sweet potato fries and Ben had the not so vegan Mexican chips.
All the food was delicious, I really liked the fact the burger came in a sourdough bun, (my favourite). The sweet potato fries were cooked to perfection too and Ben said the Mexican chips were amazing and super spicy!

The whole place had a great vibe and the staff were really friendly, we will be going again for sure.
If you do have a Handmade Burger Co close by make sure you visit them this month as they are doing a two for one offer on all the vegan burgers for Veganuary, I highly recommend a visit.
